Winter Couldn’t Stop Us
This winter was extraordinary — particularly during that brutal stretch of super-frigid temperatures in late December and early January. Those kinds of temperatures create challenges for everyone in the home comfort business. The extreme cold puts extra strain on heating systems, and people use more fuel.
While it was a tough couple of weeks, we hope we were able to prove that “we’ll take care of it.” All of us at Walton love what we do for a living, and taking care of our customers is a big part of that.
Of course, we weren’t perfect. Please know we did our best. If the high volume of frantic calls we got from non-customers who were abandoned by their fuel dealers were any indication, we did better than most.
We couldn’t be prouder of our team, who worked long hours, including nights and weekends, to get to everyone.
We thank you for your patience during this season’s weather emergencies. We postponed all regular service to focus on no-heat emergencies and fuel deliveries.
As you now prepare for the warmer weather ahead, remember that we’re here to ease you through the hot months with a tune-up, a new cooling system or a moneysaving service plan. We look forward to taking care of it for you.
