Despite our best efforts, sometimes we lose a completely satisfied customer over just a few cents per gallon of fuel. We understand that everyone wants the best value. But you can’t limit value to price alone.

Walton’s never offers “come-on” prices for new customers because it’s unfair to our existing loyal customer base. That’s why we offer year-round competitive fuel prices. We’re not the cheapest game in town, but we’re never the most expensive, either.

If you’re ever tempted to switch, make sure you look beyond price. You need to find out whether the other company adheres to the same high standards as Walton’s. For example, does this company ensure accurate deliveries by calibrating the meters on its trucks? Will you get fuel that’s treated to burn more cleanly? Will you be able to get everything from expert equipment service to price protection, service agreements, monthly payment plans and around-the-clock emergency service?

In most cases, the answer is no.

In the end, a lot of departing customers eventually return to us because the company they chose provided poor customer service and unreliable deliveries. Their price also skyrocketed after their “special deal” expired.

We’re always happy to welcome these customers back so they can rediscover the Walton Difference. A big part of it is our assurance that if you ever have a problem, we’ll take care of it!
