When Service Matters

This summer was one of the hottest on record, but our customers know they can always count on us. The worst time to lose your air conditioning is in the middle of a heat wave. But for Lisa Lapreziosa of Montgomeryville it was also her twins’ 13th birthday. It turns out that she needed a new system, and when the job took longer than planned, we didn’t want the family to be without a/c overnight, so we did the right thing and put them up in a hotel. Lisa was so impressed that she gave us a 5-star rating on Customer Lobby.

“We are very happy with everyone at Clyde S. Walton. The salespeople were very responsive. The technicians were clean and courteous. The owner, Chris, even came in to check on the work. They all listened to what I had to say.

They installed an entirely new HVAC system in our house in the middle of a heat wave. The work took two days and since it was 96° and we had no air conditioning, the owner put my family up in a hotel for a night!”
