After spending time as a customer-service specialist in the water industry, Tara Drop joined Walton’s in July 2017. Tara describes her main responsibilities as fielding concerns from customers — over the phone and in person at our office — and addressing their questions when it comes to payment or service.
“I thrive on speaking with people and helping them,” she says. “You always feel satisfied when people call with a concern and you’re able to assist them in figuring it out or helping them find a solution that takes away their worries.”
When she’s not at work, Tara spends much of her time cheering on her two children at their college sporting events: field hockey for her daughter and football for her son.
