Customer Survey Results Meeting our customers’ comfort needs is our No. 1 priority. One of the ways we accomplish this is through a dedicated focus on providing you with excellent service. That’s why we are gratified by the results of our recent customer satisfaction survey. We asked our customers questions about their experience with Walton, and whether or not we are succeeding in meeting their needs. One of the measures of customer satisfaction is continued business. We are proud of the fact that over 68% of our customers have been with us for more than six years.

How satisfied are you with our service?
We’ve been lucky to find employees who share our passion for customer service. Once we find them, we continually train them to expand their knowledge and make them better at their jobs. Our efforts seem to be paying off, because over 95% of our customers rated our drivers, service technicians, and customer service representatives either “Excellent” or “Good”.
The majority of our customers are completely satisfied with Walton Oil. But the way we see it, there’s still room for improvement—that’s why we want to know what we can do to serve you better.
