Personal Service and Skilled Employees

Dear Friends,

When we talk about Walton’s friendly hometown service, we really mean it. Our employees are always happy to follow our mantra: We’ll take care of it. You might say it’s a case of neighbors helping neighbors. Our employees live near you — in Lansdale, Sellersville, Doylestown and many other towns in our service area.

Besides providing friendly service, our employees work hard to keep their skills sharp. Of course, we give them our complete support and continuously make an investment in training classes. In 2018, our team received more than 1,300 hours of training — an average of 30 hours per employee.

In just the past year, we sent four technicians to a two-week training class created by the National Oilheat Research Alliance. Our newest technician, Brendan, underwent four weeks of intensive Lennoxsponsored training, which put him on the path to earning North American Technician Excellence certification — the gold standard for HVAC technicians.

We also sent six of our technicians to Mitsubishi Electric training classes and, to top everything off, our entire staff attended Certified Employee Training Program classes — the premier training program for the propane industry.

As you can see, we care a lot about training, because only by providing our employees with the best educational resources are we able to say with confidence, We’ll take care of it.
