It was the middle of January, Ken Knapp kept losing his heat and the company he repeatedly called to fix his system couldn’t solve the problem.
“I found Walton’s online and saw that they had good customer ratings, so I gave them a call,” says Ken.
After a careful evaluation, we confirmed that the best solution was to replace Ken’s old system with a high efficiency Trane heat pump system. Because of a variety of challenges, we could not complete the installation in one day, so we gave Ken portable heaters until we finished installing the new heat pump.
“Walton’s spent a lot of extra time making sure the system would work properly for me,” says Ken.
Our work included installing new refrigerant lines, fixing deficiencies in the ductwork and replacing a faulty control board.
