We want to take this opportunity to thank our customers who waited patiently for us to respond to the many emergency calls we received in the wake of Hurricane Sandy. We can assure you that all of our service technicians worked diligently to make sure you did not wait too long.
We think our employees did an awesome job following the storm, and we want to publicly thank them for their dedication.
Everything is magnified by an event like Sandy; there are many more emergency service calls than normal, and we even received calls from homeowners who are not our customers. Most of these people have found out the hard way that they really can’t depend on their fuel company to be there for them when the going gets tough. After we took care of our customers’ needs, we did our best to help these people as well. Some of them have promised us their business in the future.
We hope we won’t see a storm like Sandy again anytime soon. But we hope it has served as a reminder that we are 100% committed to your comfort and safety, and you can always count on us to be there when you need us.
