| Q: |
Who will deliver my heating oil? |
| A. |
Walton’s is now your fuel oil company, and we will continue to make your deliveries. In the beginning, you may continue to see the Heavener truck, but eventually, it will be a Walton’s truck that delivers your fuel. We have all of Heavener’s delivery and service records, so we expect the transition to be seamless for our new customers. |

| Q: |
Will my heating oil cost the same? |
| A. |
As you know, the price of heating oil changes daily. But Walton’s prices are very competitive. We are consistently below the average price for fuel deliveries tracked by the EIA for the state of Pennsylvania, and our customer satisfaction ratings are excellent. |

| Q: |
Are your delivery tickets the same as Heavener? |
| A. |
No. We have more modern, computer-generated delivery tickets. We stopped leaving hand written tickets at the door, because we can’t put them legally in mailboxes, and too often they’d either blow away or were hard to read. Instead, we will mail you a printed invoice that clearly shows the number of gallons you received, the date of the delivery, the price charged and money owed. |
