I am writing this letter to let you know what a great job your service staff did when installing our new heating and air conditioning system back in September. Dave, Rob, Chris, and Leonard did a great job. Dave had been out to the house before when we first were having issues with the AC unit. He explained all of our options as far as repairing or replacing our system. It really helped us decide how to proceed.
On the day of the install, they arrived on time, were extremely careful when taking out or bringing in any equipment, and made sure to protect my floors and walls. When they were done, you could not even tell that there had been that much foot traffic through my foyer. They let me or my husband know of any move they were making and took care when they had to prune some shrubs. Overall, the whole experience was great. I would definitely recommend Walton to my family and friends.
Your service team is an asset to your company and gave us the assurance we made the right decision when we chose Walton.

From the first voice I heard on the phone at 7:10 a.m. to the person who showed up at my door at 7:55 a.m., service could not have been better. I tried two other companies first, but their schedulers were not due in until either 7:30 or 8 a.m.
The person who answered the phone at Clyde Walton was professional, friendly and very helpful. She said she had a cancellation and could have a service person to my door by 8 a.m. that morning!
The service person showed up right on time and completed the work successfully in under an hour. I was on my way to work with my air conditioner fixed and only a minimal charge for service. Being without air conditioning for what would have been the third day was a very big concern. The service person took care of our air conditioning needs in a professional, friendly and informative way.
I would not hesitate to contact Clyde Walton again and refer any friends or relatives their way. My family and I truly appreciate good service. Thank you!

I was extremely satisfied and impressed with the outstanding service I received with my air conditioner. The following week I had another leak with what I thought was my hot water heater but it turned out to be my neighbors’. Again, I was very impressed with the outstanding service that I and my neighbor received. I have recommended and will continue to recommend your company to everyone I know. It’s no surprise that you have been around for so many years. With this level of service you will be around for another few hundred years. You are the best. There is no competition. I just wish that you fixed cars and household appliances.

Walton Inc. is a great company to work with. Everyone—from consultants and installations personnel to their office staff—is very friendly and professional. I called three or four companies for a new a/c and heating proposal. Walton was the only company that presented a proposal in writing in a timely fashion. Actually, they were the only ones who took the needed measurements on the first visit. Other companies wanted two or three visits to make a proposal and discuss options. Any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly with Walton. I referred my parents, and they too will be calling Walton’s for an a/c estimate this year.
