| Service plans save money and energy |
Having one of our service plans for your heating or cooling system is like having health insurance for your body—with wellness care included. That’s because tune-ups are included in our service plans—to keep your systems “well”—at no extra charge.
Clyde S. Walton’s service plans help eliminate surprise repair bills, prevent equipment problems, extend equipment life and keep your system running efficiently, which means you use less fuel and save money on heating bills. We offer plans for oil, natural gas, electric and propane heating systems. |

| Guaranteed tune-ups |
| We offer three levels of service plans, all with tune-ups. If your system is less than five years old, our Silver Plan may be right for you. Your system will get the important annual maintenance it needs, maintenance which is recommended by most manufacturers. And you won’t risk losing your warranty; some manufacturers void equipment warranties if regular maintenance has not been performed. |

| Big savings on repairs |
If your system is more than five years old and the manufacture’s parts-and labor warranty has expired, you should probably go with our Gold Plan or Platinum Plan. Each one provides comprehensive repair coverage, including parts and labor.
The Gold Plan covers nearly 70 parts, while the Platinum Plan goes even further, covering 90 different items. Platinum coverage includes just about anything that could go wrong with your heating system. You can’t find any better protection. |

Loyalty Credits
(included with a heating service plan only) |
Loyalty Credits are our way of rewarding you for your loyalty. Each year you purchase the Silver, Gold or Platinum Plan, you earn $25 in Loyalty Credits, which you can accumulate up to a total of $500. Loyalty Credits can be used for up to a 10% discount on an equipment purchase.
Loyalty Credits are not transferrable and have value only toward the purchase of the following equipment from Clyde S. Walton Inc.: boiler, furnace, separate oil-fired water heater, indirect water heater, oil burner, electric water heater and gas water heater. |
