Regular maintenance keeps your system working at peak efficiency and also gives our technicians a chance to catch minor wear and tear before it turns into major trouble down the road.

Each of our oil heat service plan options includes a preventive maintenance tune-up, which keeps your burner working efficiently and can cut annual energy use by as much as 10%. A tune-up also ensures that your system operates safely, by helping to prevent a dangerous buildup of carbon monoxide gas.

Loyalty Credits are our way of rewarding you for your loyalty. Each year you renew your service plan, for either an oil or gas system, you earn $50 in Loyalty Credits. The credits can be accumulated up to a total of $500. You can apply them to equipment purchases from us, as shown here

Emergency service, 24 hours a day

We’re here for you, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In most cases, we can be at your home to fix the problem the same day you call us. And when you call us, you will always get a live person on the phone.

Priority scheduling

Calls from service plan customers move to the top of our list. In addition, we reserve the first and last service appointments of the day for plan customers.

One-year warranty on repairs

We guarantee repairs for one full year. If a repair needs to be redone within that time, we will fix it at no charge.

No subcontractors

We use only our own certified technicians, who receive ongoing training and have all the resources they need to solve the most complicated problems.

Respect for your home

We always clean our work area when we finish a job. In order to protect your home, we lay down drop cloths and wear booties.
