13-Point Precision Heating Tune-Up |

Heating tune-up will be scheduled between Aug. 15 and Oct. 15, and includes: |
|
| |
- Perform efficiency test.
- Test for carbon monoxide.
- Inspect and adjust burner.
- Check thermostat operation.
- Lubricate all motors, bearings, fans and circulator pumps (if necessary).
- Inspect pilot assembly.
- Inspect and adjust operation of safety and operating controls.
- Inspect flue pipe and gas valve.
- Check blower motor (and belt, if applicable).
- Inspect and tighten all wiring and connections.
- Inspect heat exchanger.
- Check air filter (and replace, if necessary).
- Inform customer of equipment condition. Recommend necessary repairs.

16-Point Precision Cooling Tune-Up |
|
| |
Cooling tune-up will be scheduled between March 15 and May 15, and includes: |
|
| |
- Lubricate all moving parts, such as blower motor and condenser fan (if necessary).
- Check suction line temperature and pressure.
- Check temperature drop between return and supply air.
- Flush condensate drain to protect against overflow.
- Clean outdoor condenser coil.
- Check blower motor (and belt, if applicable).
- Check blower speed.
- Inspect all controls for proper operation.
- Check voltage and amperage in all motors.
- Check for worn bearings in all motors.
- Inspect operation and condition of compressor contacts.
- Inspect start and run capacitors and relays for bulges, rust and leaks.
- Tighten and inspect all wires and connections.
- Inspect and adjust thermostat/mercury bulb.
- Check air filter (and replace, if necessary).
- Inform customer of equipment condition. Recommend necessary repairs.
